Shipping Information:

The lead time for shipping is about 7-10 days for in stock items (most Tiffany's and home decor) and four to six weeks for built-to-order items ( Old Forge, Metro and Craftsman Signature Series.)(CUSTOM AND SPECIAL ORDERS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-RETURNABLE AFTER ORDER IS PLACED.) All orders are prepaid. We will charge your credit card on the day the order ships and send you confirmation with tracking number(s) at the end of the day.

Refunds and Returns Policies:

There is a 30% restocking charge on returns and custom built items are non-refundable. All returns must be in ORIGINAL CARTONS AND PACKING. Shipping is handled by the customer.



Damaged Goods:

OPEN BOXES IMMEDIATELY upon receipt. Contact Art Glassics.com WITHIN 24 HOURS if damaged goods are discovered. HOLD GOODS IN ORIGINAL CARTONS AND PACKING. For obvious external damage or rattling, or an Impact Indicator showing probable internal damage, open carton in presence of the driver and instruct him or her to note damage in their log. Claims will not be honored if reported beyond 72 hours of receipt of goods.
